She explained everything carefully, helped me arrange a shuttle, and smoothly handled all the follow-up matters for me. Thank you so much 🙏.
I wasn’t able to get Navi activated after buying it via Mercedes me, but Wendy and her engineer got it done!! She was so sweet and attentive and kept in communication with me while the car was being worked on. Turned out the MBUX system needed an update. I read online a bunch of people were not able to get this issue resolved but Wendy and her team were able to do the impossible! 😆 The place is clean and has snacks and coffee. The service person at the front desk helped me with finding and searching for the right product, he was helpful. When he asked me for my phone number suddenly, I asked him why? He just started to yelled at me with “CAUSE I NEED TO BILL YOU!” You don’t have to yelled, as I said, calm down and relax, he said sorry but still I won’t go here again. I normally visit this location without a problem but as of yesterday, I had a less than satisfactory experience. I came in to take advantage of a Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection and my advisor, Danny told me that newer models have all the bells and whistles and if something was to happen then it would pop up; yet from EXPERINECE, I know that is not always the case.
