Team did a great job guiding me into purchasing an intercom for my riding, they even said they would set it up for me in the helmet so it was all ready to go. Case of been there done that. Minor problem YET the crew bent over backwards to help. Aware of the limitations that arose over a defect viz warranty. So pleased they supplied a "new" loaner Helmet and now my Lady can do her ride over the next coupla weeks rather than cancel our plans. Thanks to the crew
