Went in for my first time the other week to pick up some gear as I’ve just started riding. Staff member I believe named James, promptly greeted us despite the store being relatively busy. He made sure I was pointed in the right direction to get started then came back to us ASAP to continue to help. I was given plenty of information and advice which for someone who had essentially no idea what I was looking for was amazing.
