Horrible experience, I work for a 111 bed hospital and have Helmer Scientific refers in our Lab, I attempted to order a replacement control board on 7/23, was told that I must send a PO. Sent PO 7/23, via email and fax, received email confirmation of receipt same day 7/23, also have fax confirmation sent, asked for 2 day express delivery. I called 7/29 to find out where shipment was, I was told they would track and call back, no callback.
