Definitely not recommend
I will start by saying they did 99.9% of the job very well. In January of 2021 we had the “entire water main” replaced from “house to meter base” quotations are stated on invoice. ($3,100) In January of 2023 we discovered we had another leak not in the house but in between the meter and the house, the water main. After spending another $500 for leak detection services we found that the leak was close to the meter. Called Helmer back out as they replaced the main line. It turned out Helmer did not replace the brass nut on the... read more
