NO STARS, This useless agent ignores offers unless he is the listing and the selling agent. He could have had a house sold but ignored the offer until he i'm guessing had one of his flippers put in a cash offer when he would have made more if he would have countered the first offer. Snakes like this are the reason the average person cant buy a house.
