Wir hatten von 04.07.2026 - 06.07.2026 einen Heritage Room ( Doppelzimmer mit Bergblick ) über einen Reiseveranstalter gebucht. Da die Lodge nicht ganz ausgebucht war und uns die Log Cabin Rooms (Superior Zimmer mit 2 Queensize-Betten) sehr gut gefallen hätten haben wir nach einem Upgrade gefragt. Nach kurzer Rücksprache der Rezeption mit dem Management haben wir dies auch bekommen und mussten zu unserer Verwunderung bei Abreise auch keinen Aufpreis dafür bezahlen. Stayed here for two nights and found our experience to be quite neutral to a bit underwhelming. When we arrived check-in went smoothly and quickly. We drove down, parked our vehicle and checked out the premises. They have a small shower building with one shower per sex. The ladies have two toilets, but one door doesn't actually lock. We had a slot with power and electricity and both worked well. They have wifi on the premises, but the second day it didn't work. Location is good for seeing yhe waterfalls. Stel je niet te veel luxe voor van de kamers, maar schoon zijn ze zeker en er is alles wat je nodig hebt voor een overnachting, het is gewoon gedateerd. Ontvangst aan de receptie is vriendelijk en correct. Maar het restaurant heeft een beperkte kaart maar wat je krijgt is heerlijk, niks negatiefs over te zeggen.
Currently staying here and the service was remarkable. We are in an rv spot. We had booked a dry camping site but notice the site was not in the best condition. We went back to the counter and they let us know that they have been having staffing issues. They upgraded us to an available rv site for free. This is a beautiful camp ground with a remarkable view and the facilities are in great condition.
Beautiful and peaceful location:) also the service is extremely friendly, competent and very kind! The cabin is also very clean as well as the restaurant and bathrooms. We definitely recommend it!
