My appointment was at 9:45. They asked me to arrive 15 minutes early. I arrived 15 minutes early. They took me back early. I proceeded to wait 40 minutes for a doctor to come in. She was incredibly rude. Absolutely no bedside manner she acted like I was a bother. Marlene Waradzin if you don’t like your patients you shouldn’t be a doctor. You’re unnecessarily rude. You made me so uncomfortable and as if I was a burden for being there. Helm and Helm should be ashamed of themselves for what their practice has become.
If I could give zero stars, that’s what they would get. You always wait at least an hour today was an hour and 15 minutes before I got up and said I want to reschedule.
