Excellent and helpful staff. My wife and I were traveling to Park City and she purchased a new jacket, when we arrived home we realized that someone who had tried it on previously had left some makeup stains on the collar. We contacted the store and they quickly sent out a replacement jacket. It was an easy process and they kept us updated throughout. We really appreciate their help!
Awful customer service. I came to buy a whole bunch of gear and they just did not wanna help or answer any questions.
