Sales lady didn't see us, did not greet and ask if we need help. Rude.
Limited color and style selection, got help by Maddie and Kelia and the two associates effort are overlapping as they compete for the sales. Kelia seem to have strong body odor. Great store discounts.
Great store and merchandise, but the sales person had such offensive body odor that our group had to leave.
Walked in to take a look at some of the new jackets and Kelia took great care of us. She helped explain the differences between all the different lines and explained the warranty included as well. She was truly a difference maker in our experience.
Alex was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help us out. He deserves a raise. We loved our experience and the boots!!
