Recently borrowed one hellwig55700 from Another competitor loved the bar . Trying to purchase this sway bar is impossible. Your company tells me to order true dealers and dealer tells me its 2 months back order after 2 months wait its pushed another 2 months Multiple email was sent to hellwig never once was my emails responded to . Poor customer service
Leaving this review on the packaging and assembly department I have had one sway bar returned from the shop because of damage when arrived given a 4 week lead time after which is ridiculous. Bought from another distributor same product sway bar and this one had plates for the frame missing. This whole debacle to get get one sway bar on my truck it’s been 2 months. Fantastic customer service and support. Called on a Monday for sway bar brackets, boom, Thursday they arrived. Bolted right on.
Bought the 1801 Helper Leaf's for my 1997 Ford E-150 camper van. They raised my back end several inches and improved the ride tremendously. After a year of abuse one snapped, but the Customer Service group immediately sent me a replacement. Highly recommend!
