Needed new bushings for a sway bar I installed over a decade ago and was quickly helped to identify which sway bar it was and got the parts I needed.
Top Tier Service!! Called for clarification on whether or not my sway bar was meant to come with the bushings or if they were sold separately. I figured they fell out of the box during transport as the delivery company had taped up the box and the corner was missing. I did not order my sway from Hellwig directly, but they definitely resolved my questions and have mailed me a replacement set of bushings! Phone call was prompt and efficient!! Thanks again! Saved me!!

Awesome customer service. I wanted to upgrade the OEM rear sway bar on my ‘21 Sprinter dually so started researching various brands and suppliers and kept landing on Hellwig. I was fairly certain which model I needed, but reached out to Hellwig for confirmation. The person I was referred to was at lunch but was told they would call back and within an hour, they sure did and my questions and any concerns regarding fit. etc. were answered. Highly recommend this company for any kind of products they carry.
