Colten is a great server! Had a meal and beer as usual.
We walked in and stood at the door, waiting to be greeted or acknowledged. No one did. The entire staff was gathered together chatting with one another, and not a single person looked our way or came over to ask if we needed anything. After a few minutes of being ignored, we gave up and left. Basic hospitality isn't complicated. A quick "Be right with you" would have gone a long way. Instead, we took our business elsewhere, and unfortunately that's where we'll be going in the future too.
I was a regular here stopping 1-3 times a week for over a year straight! I used to absolutely love this place. I recommended it to everyone! However, the decline is undeniable and the food is mediocre at best now. You cannot hide bad food. I know this place is capable of turning out great food product, but it went from great to completely mediocre. The patio had a beautiful sunset view, the fries and seasonal veggies with garlic balsamic were delicious, the Cajun salmon was tasty but a little undercooked for my liking and the beets plus the special mele kelike maka with coconut cookie made for a great dessert.
