The facility is great but the coaches make this place by far the best gym I've ever been in!!! Nate's fixed things I've been doing wrong for 25 years! The result is I'm stronger that I've ever been and I'm over 40! Atmosphere is always encouraging and fun, great group of members. Give it a try!
Great gym, excellent coaches, welcoming to new members of all ranges of experience. I joined this gym on the advice (insert: pressure) of a long time friend who has done crossfit for a long time. It only took a couple of visits to feel like part of the group. Nate tailors the work outs to match my abilities and lack of experience. I don't have to worry about keeping up with the younger or more experienced members. I only have to worry about reaching the goals set for me specifically.
