I went to see the owner and physical therapist (Gabe) about my upcoming rotator cuff surgery and felt totally confident that I was in good hands for my post operation physical therapy. After my surgery and once I was cleared to start my PT, Gabe and I went to work. I am 5 months since surgery and I have so much of my movement back and now just working on strengthening the shoulder. Hellroaring CrossFit has changed my life. I have been a member of this gym for 6 years now and I can honestly say it’s been the best 6 years of my life! The changes it has made to my physical performance and my mental toughness is truly unbelievable! More importantly, I have made so many great friends and really connected with the community aspect of Hellroaring Crossfit.
