You can walk into a gym and immediately tell it is great by 3 things. 1. How well the athletes move: means they have great coaching and the coaches care and aren’t afraid to give feedback even to the drop in folks. 2. The community: people are smiling, hanging out before and after workouts and everyone greets you and knows your name. 3.
