Jen does amazing work coloring hair. She has done my ash blonde balayage highlights and lowlights several times. She really takes her time. I got many compliments.
Got a TERRIBLE “haircut” from Jen. She called it a haircut but it was a trim. Didn’t clean anything up or add layers . Literally cut one big layer in the middle and thinned out the bottom so badly in a “V”. I reached out , sent her pics, she agreed it looked bad, we scheduled an appointment for her to fix it. (At the time I reached out I had not realized it had been 8 weeks since she cut it, as I was truly trying to 1) live with the cut and never go back to her again and 2) give it time to see if it settled better within 2 w... read more
