Got a TERRIBLE “haircut” from Jen. She called it a haircut but it was a trim. Didn’t clean anything up or add layers . Literally cut one big layer in the middle and thinned out the bottom so badly in a “V”. I reached out , sent her pics, she agreed it looked bad, we scheduled an appointment for her to fix it.
