I rented U-Haul at this location, smooth process, got enough sizes of cars and truck to choose from, conveniently located from where I need to move stuff. I had to extend the rental a few times, just had to call. I noticed the mileage price for the 15 foot truck was more expensive than the price for 20 foot truck which was weird, otherwise I had no complaints. I like the new way of U-Haul's receipt letting me know how many litres of gasoline I need to fill before returning the truck depending on the current mark.

I called ahead to confirm the price for a tire swap for the summer, and they quoted me $140. However, when I picked up my car, I was charged $200 plus HST without any prior notice or authorization. Additionally, I had to take my tires to the ground by myself. This lack of communication and the extra hassle were both disappointing and frustrating. I expected better service

The guys are nice, unfortunately they are well overpriced. Quoted $160+tx for a wheel alignment. I knew it was expensive so I went 2 minutes down the street and paid $100. Hopefully they come around to realistic prices.
