Showed up for my appointment and waited 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment the esthetician would not give me the touch up price for the service that I required so I left and they turned around and charged me a no show fee!!!! They ought to be paying me $10 for making me wait and getting no service and wasting my time!

I’m here all the time! The membership comes with a great price on bikini waxing and $5 underarm waxing, which can’t be beat. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because some vendors are rude at the complex and you come across a rude one every once in a while.

I have gone to waxing studios all over Phoenix & Tucson. No other waxing studio can compare to this place. Highly suggest Tikki working on you. She did phenomenal job. She is so friendly great conversations. Professionalism is amazing, room cleanliness is spot on I'm coming here for the rest of the time I live in Arizona.
