Honestly worst customer experience ever. Suite number and entry directions in the confirmation email are all wrong, phone customer service is an AI bot, when I finally was able to get a real person they also told me the incorrect information. When the esthetician finally came out 25 minutes past my appt time, she blamed me for the email listing the wrong info..I did not stay for the service after all this as I did not trust the professionalism of the staff after finally speaking with her.
I find it funny how they ask you to come in 10 minutes early and talk about a no show fee but their estheticians are allowed to literally play in people faces. My appointment was at 10:20, i show up at 10:10, ring their phone once, twice… And Jenee tells me to wait because she’s finishing up with a client. I stayed there until 10:45. Showed up 10 minutes early for my appointment and clicked on the link to show that I had arrived. Continued to ring the doorbell until 15 minutes after my appointment was supposed to start and no response. Tried to call and was met with an AI assistant. Finally got to talk to someone and they said my appointment had been cancelled which was never communicated to me. Just go to European Wax Center instead.
I had my first time experience today and can I say Ciana was lit. From the Michael Jackson playlist to checking in during my appointment to make sure everything was okay. The customer service was top tier. S/o Ciana!
