Alexis was great! Very kind and punctual. My wax hurt less than I expected after going a while without one.
Decided to try the $20 first time client deal. The results were fine and the service was quick. The experience was not ideal though. -Communication was only via text- you cannot talk to an person- and it wasn’t clear to me that this wasn’t a storefront but a room in the Salon Lofts, so I wandered around for a while. - When I attempted to checkin by phone, my appointment couldn’t be found. -The room was run-down looking- some holes in the wall, and crowded.
