The wax was TOO HOT during my Brazilian AND BURNT ME. I still have burn marks and skin peeling off. I told the lady it was too hot and she continued. I was not going to review this terrible experience but I continued to receive emails to post my review. There. 0/10 would never go back.
It was such a wonderful experience!! I got my sugar wax from Xio, she was really kind and professional. I really liked how quickly and painlessly she did it! I highly recommend her and sugar waxing in general
I had a very great experience at this hello sugar! She let me try out sugar, waxing for the first time and now I think I will switch just to that and she provided a lot of reassurance and education! Have no complaints about this place!
