I have been a loyal client for years…not months, years…and today’s experience was extremely disappointing from an operational standpoint. My original appointment was cancelled per a text I received. Do NOT let Tenisha touch your brows! I had beautiful thick dark brows with great shape my entire life and have been getting them waxed for 13 years. I’m always nervous with trying a new place because I’m very particular with them and have never had an issue. This was my first time at Hello Sugar, and I specifically said to her that I do not want them thinned out, I just wanted a clean up and to keep the sharp straight and arch shape.
