Jaila - came in for my first wax and loved my experience, made me feel super comfortable and I didn’t feel awkward at all. Pain was minimal and she did a great job at holding conversation to distract me. 10/10 service.
30 minutes late to start appointment. Left with leftover hair and burns and a wax that didn’t properly remove hair from the root from improper technique. Waste of time, money, and defeats the purpose of getting a wax.
I got a sugar wax for the first time by Ameir and it was amazing. She made sure I was comfortable and was very informative, she even made sure that everything looked good before I left. I will be back
