I asked before my appointment if hard wax could be used on my Brazilian and was told yes. Then when I come to the appt they tell me they're not trained on how to do that.... Definitely dont want anyone not trained to even perform any type of wax service on me at all.
The esthetician was great. This is 3 stars due to my booking experience. I booked a Brazilian and an armpit wax at the location in fort mill. It was canceled. A text was not received and the email loaded late. I called the automated system prior to leaving and it basically confirmed my appointment. I get there and no appointment. The most they could do was a $10 credit and rescheduled me.
