The actual sugar was fine. I've done it about 5 or 6 times at different places. BUT the Hello Sugar business model of relying completely on AI and a call center with no phones in the salon created extremely bad customer service. I thought I left my smart watch there. It took half an hour to get to a person at the call center who said she'd check into it and get right back to me. These sessions always help me go home feeling refreshed and groomed. Enjoy that each staff that has taken care of me has made it be a place where I feel comfortable and they definitely care about their work and I always end up taking away something to help the "at home" maintenance. I go for the sugar underarms and brazillian wax. Tried the enzyme treatment and would definitely recommend if you can treat yourself to it! Thanks Hello Sugar Team!

Yeah, great customer service really personable. Everything was done in a timely manner and with good care would definitely go back or recommend anyone.
