Same as their last review before me, my esthetician NEVER showed up after me showing up on time and checking in, I tried calling them and the only thing they could say was “well if you don’t want to keep on waiting come another day” what a disrespectful way of seeing their clients and huge waste of time!!
My experience was wonderful. Jasmine took the time to answer my questions. Pleasant atmosphere and I will definitely be a return customer.
First time getting sugaring done not sure if I'm going to go back to wax it was a great experience and my skin has never felt smoother
If I could give them 0 stars I would. Jasmine canceled my appointment 30 minutes before it was supposed to start. I don’t check my phone when driving so I saw the text when I was at the door. Their customer service is completely AI so trying to reschedule at an alternate location was impossible. This lack of consideration, professionalism, and respect for my time had ensured I will never come here.
