My visit to hello sugar had a significant contrast in experience. The esthetician who performed my wax was fantastic – very nice, gentle, and knew exactly what she was doing. However, the customer service was highly unsatisfactory. After my wax, I noticed I needed a minor touch-up. Despite this small request, I was initially expected to pay for a full new service. Absolutely love Hello Sugar! I have seen Deja now twice and have had a wonderful experience, the quality of the work and the welcoming environment make a huge difference between other wax centers. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a new spot!
