Favor made me feel super comfortable and at ease during my wax. I went with the sugar wax and it was way better than getting regular wax. She let me know about the membership and gave me all the information about it without pressuring me to get one. Looking forward to my next appointment.

Sophia did my Brazilian today. She won a new client! She was absolutely amazing. Kind, gentle, funny, great conversation, awesome playlist, and absolutely didn't mind taking her time with the tweezers at the end to satisfy my OCD ..lol Taught me some things about waxing/sugaring that I didn't know ( always a bonus to learn something ) Booked for next month before I left the room.
