I am highly disappointed with this location. It is clear that the employees are not trained well, which impacts the quality of service. To make matters worse, the manager was completely unhelpful and was openly not nice to the employees. It is difficult to support a business that lacks proper staff training and treats its own team poorly. Also the owner was made aware of this by the catch all text service you can contact via corporate but she made a very poor attempt to contact me. 10/10 …it was my first wax and Ryen made it very comfortable and was very patient with me I love her energy and will definitely recommend her !

Ryen was the best, my first time getting a wax and she helped me feel so comfortable and absolutely amazing! She helped sign me up for a membership and I am definitely coming back to her!
