First time here and I didn’t know you should wait by the door or knock on it so I waited in the lobby for a while until my technician found me 15 mins later. She didn’t have the full time slot available for me anymore but still made it work. Service was friendly and fast. Docking a star due to feeling like I should’ve “just waited at the door” vs waiting in the lobby like it said in the email. This was my first time using Hello Sugar. Sabdi was awesome! She made me feel very comfortable and took time to explain the different membership and services that are offered. I had not planned to sign up for a membership, but I did after her services and look forward to my next visit with her. The location and set up is convenient if you live here in Maricopa and very comfortable.
