Poor communication, not enough time between customers, let previous customer, who was late, overrun into my appointment time by 15 minutes. They then proceeded to tell me they didn’t have time for the services I’d requested. Don’t expect them to read any comments on any forms they send you. I can’t comment on the actual services because I ended up going to Waxing the City who were brilliant!
Alexis is the best waxer! I’ve been going to her for a little over a year & shes amazing!!!! She literally does a Brazilian & underarm wax in 17 minutes!!!
