I had such a great experience with Julie at Hello Sugar! She was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain the difference between sugaring and waxing so I could decide what was best for me. I ended up going with sugaring and I’m so glad I did. Julie was so friendly and made me feel comfortable the entire time, which I really appreciated because a Brazilian can obviously be a pretty awkward and vulnerable situation. 😂 She really made the whole experience feel easy and completely comfortable. Alexandra was incredible! Immediately made me feel so comfortable and just had the best personality. It was my first time and she gave me all the tips and tricks to make sure my process was as smooth as possible. Her energy was so cool and her skill was impeccable! She was so knowledgeable as well and walked me through each step.

Alex did exceptional job with the process itself, and was very kind and professional, taking time to make sure I was comfortable and answering any questions I had. The studio/suit itself was clean, organized and well maintained. Booking online was straightforward and comprehensive.
