Brooklyn is so professional and ever so awesome!
WAXER NEVER SHOWED I had an appointment scheduled for 7:35 pm with Brooklyn B. I arrived and checked in at 7:28, website said it was a 10 minute wait. At 7:45, no one had come out, and it didn’t sound like anyone was even inside the suite. I called customer service and the agent told me that Brooklyn was still in service. I waited until 8 pm and still no one, so I left. I called customer service, who told me that Brooklyn had already cleaned up the suite and would no longer be able to service me.
My first time back after 4 years and my esthetician Schuylar was GREAT! Signed up for a membership, I will certainly be back to see her!

Brooklyn is the absolute best! I highly recommend making your appointment with her! I have gotten waxed at multiple different places and she is the least uncomfortable, painless wax I’ve ever received. Not only that, but she is very kind and always personable. I am grateful to have finally found a waxing place and waxer that I can regularly go to.
