I’m extremely disappointed with my experience. The floor was dirty, and even the employee’s shoes looked dirty. There were no curtains or private areas to change, so you have to undress in front of the person. You also have to place your clothes on the dirty floor, which is completely unacceptable. If this business has just opened, I would expect them to be even more careful about cleanliness, hygiene, and providing a comfortable, private environment for their customers. I will start by saying Rissa was very sweet. I showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment like the email asked but I didn’t get pulled back until about 10 minutes after my appointment. I understand things happen but there wasn’t any acknowledgment about that from Rissa. I don’t feel like the table is wiped down between patients either. They roll out paper for you to lay on but that’s it. My appointment was right after someone else. That patient walked out and I was immediately called in.
