I scheduled an appointment for a specific time, which was confirmed. Then Hello Sugar moved my appointment to a different time, without informing me – if I hadn’t noticed the time had changed in the day-of reminder email, I would have shown up to my scheduled time without knowing they apparently gave that time slot away to someone else and pushed mine later, which was not doable with my schedule (hence booking for a specific time, the only time that worked for me).
