I didn’t get her name but it was a very nice first experience
When I showed up to my appointment the building was locked and it looked like there was no one there. I waited outside in the rain for about 10 minutes past my appointment time and no one came. Obviously I left and when I got home I see that they had charged my card for a no call no show to my appointment. The customer service is a robot that you text so there’s never a real person to talk to in events like this. I would recommend just going to European Wax or somewhere with a more established customer service.
