I’ve gotten waxed before, and this one was way more painful.. the waxer also didn’t get all the hair even though it was the proper length. A few days later & now have little pimple like spots where the hair was.
It was my first experience and Kelsi made it very comfortable and explained to me the process and answered all my questions. I will be going back for her services!

The space was clean and calming, and her work made the whole experience way more pleasant than I expected. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality waxing !
