Monique was great! Explained the whole process and was very professional.
Monique waxed me so good!!! Not very painful and she was incredibly kind and gentle, am definitely coming back
If you go there ask for Monique! She’s the best! I get my Brazilian wax done with her and the whole experience is smooth and she make sure you are ok throughout the whole process, she’s very professional. If you are like me that have low pain tolerance, trust me, you are in good hands, she uses techniques and turns into a painless experience. Plus she gave me a lot of tips how to treat the area at home in between sessions so it can help to have great results and she was very knowledgeable explaining it to me.

Since Hello Sugar has no reception, some miscommunications with scheduling/esthetician availability can arise which can definitely be frustrating. Aside from that, the waxing experience itself is great! Tessa in particular made me feel very comfortable and provided helpful tips for a better waxing experience. Thank you!
