Would give zero stars if it was an option. As a practical matter, the phone number takes you to an AI assistant who is unable to answer basic questions and it’s nearly impossible to get in touch with a human. More concerning though is the fraudulent approach this company uses to “refunding” which is actually just keeping your money to apply to future purchases without actually telling you that information and only known once you inquire about what happened to your refund.
