I had a truly awful experience at Hello Sugar in Boulder. I booked my appointment online and arrived a few minutes early, but was left waiting for 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment, because the esthetician was running behind. When I asked to reschedule due to the delay, she had the audacity to tell me that I should be charged a late cancellation fee, even though I was on time and she was the one who was late. Adelina was wonderful. It was my first time ever receiving a wax. She was kind, patient, and so quick! The office was very clean. Would highly recommend her for a treatment!

Adelina is a fantastic young lady. I was new to waxing and she makes every visit comfortable and welcoming. She does a great job and makes sure you are educated about the process and the after care.
