I had a wonderful experience quick in and outs, lovely convo.
My experience was great. I’ve been getting waxed for about 4 years and this was my first time getting a sugar wax; I will be returning to get another one. The pain is almost nonexistent compared to hard wax. My technician, Natasha, was amazing. Everyone there was kind and welcoming. I recommend Hello Sugar to anyone wanting a positive experience and positive relationship with sugar wax.
Everything happens for a reason. Drove a hour a to get here. Unfortunately had car issues that we required me to literally limp the car there. Called, no answer. Arrived 1-2 minutes after the grace period (was not aware it was as only 10minutes). Told I can’t be seen and need to reschedule. Female at the counter said she was the only one in there and taking me would delay the entire schedule. Literally waited outside for the tow truck to come and saw nobody walk into the location.
