I went in to get my first Brazilian wax and I was very nervous. My appointment was with Rinita. She was absolutely wonderful with calming me down and explaining the process to me. She was very patient and compassionate. 10/10, will be going again for another appointment.
Just had my first appointment at Hello Sugar (Arlington). LOVE the vibe, the ease of booking, and the customer service. Sheilyn did an INCREDIBLE job, was fast, professional, friendly, and even gave me tips on skincare. I’ve been to waxing salons all over the area as well as while traveling, and this was by far one of the best experiences I’ve had. Can’t recommend enough!

Omgness Michele was wonderful!! She is very talented at what she does, and educated me on every topic that I asked.
