I decided to join their affordable membership after enjoying my first service. At my second service, my waxer was brand new, completely overwhelmed and also alone. She was clearly being overworked and under trained. This was my first time EVER getting a wax done and it was a terrible experience. I had booked my appointment 2 months in advance and confirmed 2 days before my appointment. I showed up at the time of my appointment and learned that I had been double booked with another client. My appointment was at 12pm and I wasn’t attended until 12:30 since the client I had been double booked with was attended before me.
