Anyone who tells you service at all the dealerships is the same is nuts. Valencia subaru was amazing, the staff was quick, they matched a deal from another subaru dealership, sent a video of everything they found, were quick, did NOT pressure me to do anything I didnt want to do, and the service staff was super professional from the counter, to the supervisor. Great Customer service very kind staff and caters towards customers. Employees were willing to negotiate. Would highly recommend!
Waited almost 2hrs for an oil change when I had an appointment before I just left without it getting done. Even showed up early. What a waist of a time and fuel. Thanks for nothing guys.
It's very pricey but it's a dealership, what do you expect? They do the job well, the amenities are plentiful, they are pet friendly, and have a respectful staff. Keep up the good work everyone.
