The dealer is unable to communicate when there's an out of state deal. They have a lot of "technical problems" where everything ends up in their junk and quarantine mail. The dealer made a promise that a car was shipped. The car is 3 days past it's arrival date and the dealer is unwilling/able to provide an update. Be prepared to call them every step of the way. There's really nothing positive about my experience with this dealership. I wouldn't recommend working with them.
