We discovered them last year by googling kid’s dentists, in this area. This was one of the few and it had great reviews! Everything is nice and clean, all the people there are friendly & they don’t make me feel pressured to do anything. They have a small fridge set up with water bottles & a small play area with books ! My son is relaxed ( for the most part ) and gets a sticker with a balloon animal when he’s done. All the equipment looks new and super sanitary. I’ll continue to go here for all of his appointments!
We had a wonderful experience at Hello Smile Pediatric Dentistry! The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The nurses and doctor are kind, patient, and made us feel very comfortable. My kids actually love going to the dentist, which is amazing! The best part is how well they know how to make children feel happy and relaxed. They have balloons and little surprises for the kids, which makes the visit even more special.
Extremely disappointed with our experience at Hello Smiles in Oakley. My wife has a trained diabetic alert service dog, and we felt she was discriminated against because of her service dog’s breed. Instead of treating my wife with dignity and understanding her rights as a person with a disability accompanied by a service animal, the situation was handled in a way that made her feel singled out, embarrassed, and unwelcome. I was referred to Hello Smiles by Ila Mankand for my daughter, Taytum. I spoke with Rose on the phone initially to see if they accepted our insurance and she was extremely pleasant and radiated customer service. They were able to fit me in the very next day. It was my daughter's very first appointment and when we walked in the facility was extremely clean and very welcoming. The ladies at the front desk were helpful and kind. Both of my kids love this place. Dr. Kim and Dr. Phi and Dr. Alison are awesome. And the staff are also super sweet, especially Tina. She helped my daughter overcoming her fear.
