I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received yesterday from Dr. Sara and her assistant, Tiana. As someone who already dreads going to the dentist, I arrived feeling extremely anxious. However, within minutes of arriving, I already felt a sense of calm. Nažalost, moje iskustvo s Hello Smile nije bilo dobro. Korisnička podrška odgovara veoma sporo i teško je dobiti konkretne informacije ili pomoć kada se pojavi problem. Komunikacija je neorganizovana, a rješavanje upita traje duže nego što bi trebalo. Očekivao sam mnogo profesionalniji pristup prema kupcima. Zbog lošeg customer service iskustva ne bih preporučio ovu kompaniju.
