I’m so glad I found Sara at Hello Smiles. She’s a lovely dentist and really good at teeth whitening and veneers. She’s also incredibly gentle. Pretty much painless in my experience! I really appreciate that she takes her time and explains everything properly. You can ask questions without feeling like you’re holding up her day, which makes a big difference. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel welcome. I’ve felt very well looked after and would happily recommend Sara to anyone. She’s brilliant at what she does.

Had my first appointment at Hello Smiles & with Dr Vivian Cheung today - it was such a really pleasant experience from beginning to end. Everything from the rooms, the staff, the price - all outstanding and way beyond my expectations. I walked out after getting my filling done thinking that i've definitely found my new dentist.

I have nothing but positive things to say about the service I received yesterday from Dr. Sara and her assistant, Tiana. As someone who already dreads going to the dentist, I arrived feeling extremely anxious. However, within minutes of arriving, I already felt a sense of calm. The girls at the front desk were warm and welcoming, guided me to the waiting area, and even offered a variety of beverages while I completed my consultation form. Nažalost, moje iskustvo s Hello Smile nije bilo dobro. Korisnička podrška odgovara veoma sporo i teško je dobiti konkretne informacije ili pomoć kada se pojavi problem. Komunikacija je neorganizovana, a rješavanje upita traje duže nego što bi trebalo. Očekivao sam mnogo profesionalniji pristup prema kupcima. Zbog lošeg customer service iskustva ne bih preporučio ovu kompaniju.
