We had a great experience at Hello, Sailor! The view of Lake Norman is incredible. We usually don't like sitting outside in the summer but the view was worth it. We were seated right away once we arrived. Payton was a very attentive and caring server. She paid attention to the details and made sure we were enjoying the food at every turn. Been here numerous times because my boat goes out of here. Food is extremely low quality. Got off the boat last night and they refused to serve a single one of our 9 person table on a Sunday night a drink without explanation. I would love to have the rusty rudder back here. Other than location this place sucks.
Refused to serve us drinks for absolutely no reason
Carolina was absolutely outstanding! We came in with a bachelor party of 12 guys, which is no easy task, and she handled it like a pro from start to finish. She stayed organized, kept everyone’s drinks full, made sure orders were correct, and never missed a beat despite the chaos that comes with a large group.
