Poor communication. I reached out a year ago, did an intake call, was assigned someone, I tried scheduling sessions and they never ever got back to me again.
Organization did not show up to a scheduled consultation. No response to multiple voicemails and email. Very disappointing if this is how they run an organization. First impressions really do matter.
Kind, knowledgeable and experienced staff. Very recommended.
