This was a horrible experience with Hello Movers. Owen, the driver/mover, arrived 50 minutes late. His excuse was that he lives far from my location. I don’t understand why we had to make a reservation in advance. While we were moving, I advised Owen to keep the door closed to prevent insects from coming in, and he replied, “don’t worry.” (Really…) At the end, Owen provided us with the wrong phone number for Zelle payment. We are still working with our bank to get a refund. We called the company to complain about Owen’s mist... read more
