Wow, what a business to deal with, I purchased a power wheel chair last Friday and knew that I would have to wait for it to come in, what a suprise I got when I recieved a phone call around lunch time, telling me that i had arrived, Michelle the lady I had been dealing with, had searched around other shops to track it down for me and had it shipped in, I would recommend this company to anyone wanting to get treated like royalty.

Terrible. My customer got a "new to market" chair that has not stop failing, they claimed parts on the warranty, but a brand new chair shouldn't fail and should be able to go on a footpath, not just on perfectly flat shopping centre. Parts shouldn't have been replaced, the whole chair should have been replaced. Calling your Customer a dog that needs training, however when ur te h came over checked that that chair has no marks at all of mistreatment, but quite the opposite, very well cared for. 2 years fighting, because chair... read more
