Emily is AMAZING! I had problems with my hair due to damage from another salon and she was able to consult with me on ways we could improve my hair and salon experience. It's more than just having a client, she makes it a relationship of trust in getting you the desired look and results you want. I whole heartedly recommend Hello Lovely Salon!
Scheduled an appointment with them for a hair color change for my daughter. They declined the appt via text but didn't try any other form of contact that is on the "book online" set up page. I didn't see the text which also didn't have a confirm text option. The text stated to "contact us" but when you do no one answers and the VM explains that you can not speak with anyone and to only book online. I took off work for this appt just be told upon arrival that my appt was declined. If you have a "book online" only as an option... read more
