Run away, these people are delinquents. Their buildings have been poorly made and maintained. This is NOT luxury living! Hello Living lost in court the management of the building I live in, which the court transferred to another management. They are not transferring my the rent deposit to the new Management nor returning it to me as my lease ended. Before you consider renting from Hello Living, please have a look at this. Yes, it's a new company, with seemingly good intentions on the surface, but unfortunately, they don't pull through on their word in many cases. This is Hello Living's first attempt to manage a rental property. Security is the number one concern here, this is followed closely by the lack of advertised amenities.
