So cool!
I enjoyed visiting Hello Kitty cafe and shop. There were lots of cute and interesting products that would make great gifts. The only thing that disappointed me was the coffee. It's like the coffee cup was ONLY A THIRD COFFEE, a third foam, and a third empty space. It was also extremely sweet, with too much syrup that completely overpowered the coffee flavor. For the price, it was quite disappointing and honestly unacceptable. Overall, the concept and atmosphere are great, but the drinks could definitely be improved.
Tall and skinny girl was so disrespectful and rude. She was being on her phone infront of the counter while I was waiting to order something and she suddenly yelled at other girl next to her. 0 customer service. I don't know if owner is aware of this but because of this experience I won't come here anymore. Other girls were sweet and she personally came to me and said sorry. Otherwise I'd give 1star.
Doesn’t have a lot of cakes to choose from. It’s still a cute pink hello kitty world.
